2. Hosting

The contents of our site are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. The provider collects the following data in so-called log files, which your browser transmits: IP address, the address of the previously visited website, date and time of the request, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request comes, and information about browser and operating system.

3. Analytics Tools

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. Only anonymized data about website usage is collected. No consent is required for this service.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.

Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after your explicit consent via the banner on this website (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you have given consent, no Clarity script is executed and no related data is transmitted to Microsoft.

Microsoft Advertising (UET / Bing Ads)

We use Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (for example, which ads lead to a contact request) and to build remarketing audiences. This uses cookies and similar technologies that create a pseudonymous usage profile.

The UET tag runs in consent mode: before your consent, the storage of advertising cookies is disabled (ad_storage = denied) and no advertising cookies are set. On each page view, the tag still sends Microsoft a signal without cookies or a visitor ID: the page address and title including campaign parameters and ad click ID, the referring page, browser language and screen size. This lets us count which ads bring visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Only after your explicit consent via the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG) are advertising cookies set, so Microsoft can link your visits for conversion tracking and remarketing.

With your consent, we store two cookies of our own and use their values for at most 90 days. agvhub_ft records how you first found us: campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source), ad click IDs, the domain of the referring website, your landing page and the time. agvhub_vid holds a random visitor ID and its creation date, but nothing about you personally. We also pass this ID to Microsoft Clarity. If you book an appointment, this lets us match your session recordings to your booking and see which content helped you beforehand. Apart from that, no data is sent to third parties when these cookies are set.

When you click a booking link, we append these values to the link to our booking page on continua-systems.on.onebob.io. This shows us which channel led to your appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). If you decline or withdraw consent, both cookies are deleted.

If you contact us via email, your information will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
